Damian Sabuda

Attorney at law, Managing Partner

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He received a discharge after four years of study. He completed his master's thesis Fri "Tax Line" at the Department of Finance under Professor Bogusław Brzeziński.

During his studies he worked in the Legal Department of the Jagiellonian University Hospital in Krakow, where he dealt mainly with issues in the field of medical law, administrative law, civil law and public procurement.

After graduating in 2005, he took legal services to companies in the construction industry and the TFL (Transport-Shipping-Logistics), which resulted in deepening their knowledge on the public procurement law, transport law, labor law, civil law, and, above all, a comprehensive knowledge of the specific legal problems of entrepreneurs.

In 2007 he was admitted to the trainees at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow. During the apprenticeship has partnered with several Law Offices in Krakow. The experience gained in the law offices of various profiles provided legal assistance enabled the understanding of the needs of individual customers' expectations.

In 2011, after obtaining a positive outcome of legal counsel exam he was included in the list of legal advisers in the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow.

Adam Nędza

Attorney at law, Partner

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Master's thesis in the Department of Economic and Commercial Law. During his studies he participated in the clinical program - University Legal Clinic organized by the Jagiellonian University.

After graduating from the year 2003, he took legal service to the real estate development entities, which enabled him to practice in the field of real estate law, to know the specifics of the investment process and regulation of company law and related tax issues.

During the training period for BAR licence he worked in the legal department as a corporate lawyer, of having significant market share - company engaged in food production. As a result of this work he has acquired a wealth of experience, both in relation to corporate structures and the specifics of the FMCG sector. His responsibilities focused around the core activities of the employer, and the result of this was the practice concerning, inter allia regulations relating to food safety, commercial contracts and labour law.

Since 2006, inscribed on the list of legal consuel in the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Opole.

He worked in the property department of the nationwide law firm. This cooperation was related to the provision of legal services to the entities operating worldwide. Among them was, inter alia, foreign bank with a branch in Poland, investment company and members of the IT and telecommunications sectors. This cooperation resulted in the development of skills not only in terms of the legal framework for property rights which both tangible and intangible goods, including industrial property rights and copyrights, contract law, but also in the functioning of the entities directly quoted or linked listed on public markets, including on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange and the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.

In parallel, in his private practice, dealing with the legal service of public bodies, including local, self- governmental authorities and companies rendering services in the field of insurances.

Anna Sabuda

Attorney at law

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She completed her master's thesis at the Department of Local Government.

During her studies she worked in the Legal Department of the Jagiellonian University Hospital in Krakow, where she dealt mainly with issues in the field of medical law, administrative law, civil law and public procurement.

Rafał Końca

Tax Advisor

Tax Advisor – professional license number 10137, he has fifteen years of professional experience. Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wroclaw, where he graduated from two fields of study: law and management.

In the years 1997 – 1999 employee of the Tax Chamber in Jelenia Góra, then the Tax Chamber in Wrocław. In the years 1999 - 2006 Consultant in the Office of Tax Advisers, during which passed with a tax adviser. Since September 2006 he has run his own practice in tax consultancy.

Rafał Końca runs regular services entities in tax law, tax planning, transfer pricing . As part of the review of due diligence is involved in projects related to tax planning, serving knowledge and experience in the analysis of tax. He acts as a proxy before the tax authorities and the tax inspection and represents in disputes before the Provincial Administrative Courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.

Andrzej Hańderek

Attorney at law

Trainee solicitor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow. Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Krakow Academy of Andrzej Frycz - Modrzewski (2011 ) and the Faculty of Management at the University of Mining – Metallurgy of Stanisław Staszic in Krakow (2013). Currently a PhD student of the Faculty of Management at the University of Mining - Metallurgy of Stanisław Staszic in Krakow. Research activity is focused on the problem of intellectual property protection. By combining legal knowledge with managerial he has a broad ability to analyze business problems, based on which creates an optimal solution, taking into account the economic impact of the measures taken.

Practice areas: intellectual property law, public procurement law, bankruptcy and reorganization law.

Paulina Seweryn

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. In 2011, she received her MA thesis entitled "golden share" of the Treasury - as a special power in the light of the European Court of Justice and the solutions adopted in the Polish legal regime, written at the Department of Private Commercial Law under Professor A. Szumański.L

In 2012 she was admitted to the trainees at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow.
